Privacy policy

1. Who we are & contact

pclshm.io is the website for pclshm-kit, a personal open-source Claude Code conventions and scaffolding kit. It is a static site with no accounts, no forms, and no backend of its own.

For any privacy question or request, contact us via the project’s GitHub repository at github.com/pclshm/pclshm-kit, for example by opening an issue.

2. What data we collect

None. This site collects no personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking pixels, no forms, no cookies, and no third-party requests made by the pages at runtime. Fonts are system fonts, so nothing is fetched from font providers.

3. Cookies & local storage

The site sets no cookies. It uses exactly one localStorage key, which stores your cookie-consent choice itself:

Name Category Purpose Lifetime
cookie-consent-v1 Essential Remembers your cookie & storage consent decision Persistent, until you delete it or clear browser storage

No functional (preferences) or analytics storage exists on this site today. If that ever changes, those categories will stay off until you enable them.

4. Third-party services

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As the hosting provider, GitHub technically processes your IP address and standard request logs when serving pages. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement for details. We do not receive or store this data.

No other third-party services are used. The pages make no runtime requests to any other domain.

5. Legal basis & consent

A consent banner is shown until you make a choice. Storing that choice (cookie-consent-v1) is strictly necessary and does not require consent. Nothing in an optional category is stored before you enable it — and this site currently has no optional categories at all.

You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings button in the footer.

6. Your rights

Under the EU GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Since this site stores no personal data about you, there is normally nothing for us to hand over or delete — your consent choice lives only in your own browser and can be removed by clearing site data or by changing it via Cookie settings. For anything else, contact us via GitHub.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top reflects the last update. Last updated: 2026-07-16.
